To get started with therapy at Riverside Counseling:
Call or text 218-450-8400 or complete the booking form on the first page or a contact form to request an appointment. 

To help speed up the process, please include:

• Full name
   
• Date of birth
   
• Phone number
   
• Email address
   

Once I receive your information via the forms or voicemail or text, I will send you a welcome packet through the secure client portal to complete before your first session.

• Secure Telehealth across Minnesota
